We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing in-home care and support to our clients, enabling them to live comfortably and independently. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals who require assistance with their daily activities.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management, as needed

Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment

Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, as required

Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying up

Provide companionship and engage in conversation and activities with clients

Escort clients to appointments, outings, and social activities

Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behavior to the appropriate supervisor

Provide emotional support and ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a caregiver, nursing assistant, or in a similar role is preferred but not required

Compassionate and patient approach toward elderly or individuals with physical or cognitive limitations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic

Physical ability to perform caregiving tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with transfers

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
